Children are warmly welcomed at St Nicholas’ and play an active role in the life of our church. We run Sunday School for children in the church crypt at 10:00 am on Sundays during school term-time. A typical session involves a game, Biblical Story, prayer and craft. We kindly request that children aged six are accompanied by a parent/guardian. We also have Youth Group sessions aimed specifically at young people aged over 11, please contact us for more information.
All-Age Services take place once a month and are a great opportunity for children to participate in a service – from reading to taking up the offertory or singing in the choir. These services are advertised on our church newsletter (you can sign-up on our homepage).
