Each year St Nicholas’ hosts a festive Bazaar in the crypt of Mikael Agricola Church, a few weeks before Christmas. Here you can pick up unique gifts at the different stalls, as well as our usual cards, books, crackers and tasty food… including home-made scones and mince pies! We also have some great entertainment, with special performances by a Celtic folk band and the Helsinki Morrisers, as well as Jo’s Punch and Judy Show! This event brings together people of many different nationalities from in and around the Helsinki area, to enjoy community spirit and some Christmas cheer!
The Bazaar is also an opportunity to stock up on popular British products including tea, stuffing, Christmas puddings, marmite, mincemeat, chocolate, and lots more! You can pre-order from our webshop in November (www.anglican.fi/shop). Please note that all pre-orders are to be collected at the Bazaar, unfortunately we cannot deliver them.
If you have a handicraft to sell and are interested in having a stall at our Bazaar, then please get in touch with our office administrator, Sarah, at office@anglican.fi.
