The Anglican Church in Finland 1089282-3 (online shop) asks and receives donations from persons in Finland and abroad. In addition, the Church runs a seasonal charity shop to raise funds for its activities.  We reserve all rights to change the terms and conditions, and the prices. All prices include the VAT or are VAT exempt (donations).

Purchases in the Charity Shop

Purchases are chosen by adding the desired items to the shopping cart. The purchase is confirmed by using the check-out functionality of the online shop to pay for the purchase. By confirming, you accept these terms and conditions, product pricing and shipping costs. An e-mail confirmation will be delivered in case an e-mail address is provided by the time of confirming the purchase. The e-mail confirmation lists the purchases made and the price breakdown.

Donations on the website

Donations are chosen by choosing the preferred sum. The donation is confirmed by using the check-out functionality of the donation system to pay for the donation. By confirming, you accept these terms and conditions and the donated sum. An e-mail confirmation will be delivered in case an e-mail address is provided by the time of confirming the donation. The e-mail confirmation lists the donation made and the price breakdown.

Payments

Stripe Ltd (Stripe.com) is the payment facilitator of the online charity shop. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Stripe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.

SumUp (sumup.com) is the payment facilitator of the online donation functionality. The payment process is conducted in the online service of SumUp. The user interface of online donations is provided by Give A Little (www.givealittle.co) in co-operation with SumUp. Give A Little® is a trading name of Caution Your Blast Ltd. All information is exchanged through secured connections.

The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

Cancelling a purchase or donation, defect liability and reclamations

The donor has right to cancel a donation. The cancellation must be done in written by an e-mail to the Anglican Church in Finland.

The online shop is liable for defects in the sold products according to the applicable law. Please contact the customer support of the online shop immediately in a case of reclamation. The consumer has a right to file a dispute in the Consumer Disputes Board in a case of dispute between the online shop and the consumer.
